Meet Lindsay — a natural connector with a knack for bringing ideas and people together. With over a decade of experience, she helps brands find their voice and tell stories that resonate. How has your previous career and/or academic experience prepared you for your work here?

I started my marketing career at an agency but wanted a better understanding of what things looked like on the client side. After spending ten years working in-house, I gained a deeper appreciation for the challenges clients face. That experience helps me better relate to their needs and shape solutions that truly work for them.

How would you describe your job?

I help brands find smart solutions and make marketing directors look like rock stars —kind of like an invisible friend who’s always in their corner.

Give us three to five fun facts about You!

  • I put in my wedding vows “I will always have too many dogs to handle .” I like to be upfront with expectations. 😉
  • I used to jam skate — basically synchronized dancing on roller skates. My poor ankles wouldn’t survive it now, but it was so much fun.
  • I’m completely obsessed with tiny things. Mini anything—tiny houses, tiny furniture, tiny ketchup bottles— gets me every time.

What would you be doing if you weren’t in the advertising world?

Most likely working at an animal nonprofit. With four dogs and a cat at home, it’s safe to say animals have my heart. I’ve always said my dream retirement plan involves wagging tails and wet noses.

What do you like about working at AcrobatAnt? How is it the same/different than other agencies where you’ve worked?

Working at AcrobatAnt feels like being part of a true colony. It’s different from other places I’ve worked because the collaboration here is genuine. The connection between the account and creative teams makes the work better, faster, and a lot more fun. There’s a real “we’ve got your back” mentality that starts at the top and shows up in the day-to-day. It’s a supportive, fast-paced environment where people care about the work—and each other.
