Project Manager / Account Coordinator

Project Manager / Account Coordinator
Location: Tulsa, OK | Reports to: Account Director

At AcrobatAnt, we turn strategy into action and ideas into impact. We’re looking for a Project Manager / Account Coordinator to help keep our creative engine running smoothly. This role supports day-to-day agency operations—tracking timelines, managing tasks, coordinating resources, and helping client projects move forward with clarity and precision.

Whether it’s a digital campaign, a print piece, or a brand launch, you’ll work closely with account leads, creatives, media, and production to ensure projects stay on brief, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Do

Project & Workflow Management

  • Create, track, and maintain project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
  • Coordinate tasks between creative, media, strategy, and digital teams, ensuring the right people are looped in at the right time.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively flag delays, resource gaps, or approvals needed.
  • Help manage the agency’s project management platform (e.g., FunctionPoint), keeping tasks, statuses, and documentation up to date.

Client Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, capturing notes, and preparing client-facing documents such as status updates and recaps.
  • Work with Account Supervisors/Directors to ensure client feedback is clearly communicated and integrated into deliverables.
  • Join client calls or meetings as needed to provide logistical or task management support.

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a connection point between internal teams—ensuring alignment, communication, and accountability across departments.
  • Help ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Support with proofing, routing, and review of creative files when needed.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of agency or in-house marketing experience (project management, account coordination, or production support).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive on keeping things moving and people aligned.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., FunctionPoint, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a creative or advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with marketing/creative workflows (from kickoff through production).
  • Light proofreading or copyediting skills are a plus.
  • Experience in client communication or presentation prep is a bonus.
