A Chicago native, Rich developed a deep understanding of the “client experience” from his decorated career on both the agency and client sides. After gaining extensive marketing and media expertise supporting brands such as Procter & Gamble, Sprint, McDonald’s, Morgan Stanley, U.S. Army, On The Border, Southwest Airlines, and Kellogg’s, he ventured into the client world, becoming a senior media director for Wingstop Restaurants and marketing director for The Dallas Morning News. He currently provides strategic marketing account management services to clients in multiple industries.
