The Solution

AcrobatAnt developed an eye-catching and easily readable design that could never be mistaken for official Medicare correspondence. The word “free” jumps off the page to attract attention. The call-to-action is equally clear and legible so potential patients immediately get the message. We created a landing page to further explain the free screenings available through Medicare and to answer frequently asked questions. For targeting, we only sent direct mail to patients who had not yet signed up for their annual screenings and wellness visit. Variable printing was used on each postcard, customized with specific physician contact information for each patient.

In addition to consumer outreach, AcrobatAnt developed in-clinic POP materials to raise awareness, including table tents and exam room posters. We also created “Ask me about free screenings” buttons for staff members and provided education materials to ensure staff understood the financial details of Medicare coverage. Booklets were also provided to patients so they could mark off each Medicare screening received and track their appointments.
