The Results

The paid media is working. In 2022, more than 50,000 new users visited retraintulsa.org and more than 1,200 users created an online account to connect to a career coach and access the resources Retrain Tulsa offers. Paid social captured more than 4.6 million impressions; search more than 52,000; and OOH an estimated 20 million impressions. Social media channel growth has also been impressive since the launch of the brand, with total Facebook page likes growing 236% in the first year.

Most recently, we ran a four-week campaign—a combination of paid search, paid social and organic social—targeting those who may be interested in new job training and those searching for training options. During the campaign period, 105 people registered for services on the website, with 15 registrations attributed directly to the social campaign and 74 attributed directly to the paid search campaign.
