Behind the Build: Fresno Grizzlies, Gwinnett Stripers & Brooklyn Cyclones Concessions

At AcrobatAnt, we believe the best branded environments are built with equal parts creativity, strategy, and precision execution. One of our recent concession projects for Diamond Baseball Holdings is a perfect example of how thoughtful design can transform everyday spaces into memorable fan experiences.

For the Fresno Grizzlies, Gwinnett Stripers, and Brooklyn Cyclones, AcrobatAnt created fully branded concession stand concepts designed to bring personality, energy, and cohesion to each stadium environment. Each project combined strategic branding, custom visual design, and production coordination to create spaces that feel engaging, cohesive, and built for the game day experience. From the beginning, our goal was to create concession environments that feel unique, cohesive, and authentic to the energy of each stadium. What started as a simple concept quickly evolved into a full-scale branding and production process led entirely by the team at AcrobatAnt.

Bringing Concession Concepts to Life

For each location, our team led the complete naming and branding process for multiple concession stands. The objective was to create distinct concepts that could stand on their own while still fitting naturally within each stadium environment.

This process included:

  • Custom concession stand naming
  • Original logo design
  • Brand identity systems
  • Environmental graphic direction
  • Production-ready artwork development

Every brand element was intentionally designed to enhance the fan experience while maintaining functionally for real-world execution.

Fresno Grizzlies

In Fresno, California, for the Fresno Grizzlies project, AcrobatAnt developed visually bold concession branding designed to match the high-energy atmosphere of the ballpark and the rustic feel from the surrounding state parks. Through custom naming, logo design, and environmental graphics, three distinct destinations were brought to life throughout the venue.

99 Sweets channels the charm of old-school creameries with vibrant reds, crisp whites, and playful graphics of classic sweet treats. Basecamp draws the outside in, wrapping the space in nature-inspired visuals from the surrounding state parks — and for the eagle-eyed fan, there’s even a Grizzly hidden somewhere in the graphics. Fulton’s pays tribute to the storied history of the Fresno Grizzlies, tracing the franchise’s roots from Babe Ruth to the iconic Fulton Street just outside the stadium walls.

The final result blends strong visual storytelling with practical production planning, ensuring every detail translated seamlessly from concept to installation.

Gwinnett Stripers

In Lawrenceville, Georgia, the Gwinnett Stripers concession project focused on creating modern, recognizable branding that matched the menu, elevated the stadium experience, and remained operationally efficient. AcrobatAnt brought six distinct stands to life throughout the venue.

Baseline sets the tone with oversized graphics of a player sliding into third and fan-favorite quotes that keep the energy alive. South Bound is the go-to destination for everything chicken on the menu. 678 Smoked leans into its area code identity with bold, unapologetic BBQ branding. Loaded is exactly what it sounds like — tots, fries, and everything else drowning in melted cheese. Extra Innings handles the sweet side, piled high with all the extra toppings. And Southern Slice makes its case as the best pizza slice in the ballpark.

Our team developed detailed production artwork, fabrication-ready files, and installation mapping to ensure vendors could execute each branded environment accurately. The result is a polished concession experience designed to feel both functional and visually memorable for fans.

Brooklyn Cyclones

In Brooklyn, New York, the goal was to create concession branding that captured the unique personality and energy of the team, venue, and vibrant city. AcrobatAnt brought that vision to life across four stands and a trailer.

All In Your Grill hits hard with a graffiti aesthetic and a cheeky concept — the “grill” doubles as a mouth, putting the food literally in your face. Brooklyn Bites rides the subway lines into its identity, with yellow, orange, and green pulling from the main lines running into Brooklyn. Cone-Y Treats leans into the ballpark’s Coney Island backyard, celebrating sweet treats and fan-favorite ice cream with all the excitement the iconic neighborhood deserves. Frygeddaboutit is a love letter to Brooklyn — a play on the classic phrase and a full dedication to all the fried foods that make a good game even better. And rolling up to the party, Ciao Down is the Italian treats trailer, complete with a graffiti vibe and its own reimagined take on the Mona Lisa.

From initial concepts through final production coordination, AcrobatAnt managed every stage of the creative process — delivering bold, cohesive branding built specifically for the fan experience.

Designing for Real-World Execution

Beyond the creative development, AcrobatAnt handled the technical side of production to bring the concepts to life accurately.

Our team created:

  • Detailed mechanical artwork
  • Production maps and installation guides
  • Vendor-ready specifications
  • Fabrication coordination details

By overseeing both the creative and execution phases, we helped streamline communication between teams and ensured consistency throughout creation and installation.

Building Experiences that Last

Concessions are more than just service stations; they are part of the overall fan experience. Through strategic branding, environmental graphics, and production coordination, AcrobatAnt helped transform these spaces into visually engaging destinations that enhance the atmosphere of each ballpark.

The result is a collection of branded concession environments that balance creativity with functionality, designed to not only stand out visually but also perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting.

Projects like this highlight what we do best at AcrobatAnt: taking ideas from concept to completion and creating spaces that leave a lasting impression.
